Because of the stretch factor of these shorts they only need to come in two sizes small/medium and medium/large. They comfortably fit people from size small to X-Large, even XXL potentially. Im 6 3" 240 and I comfortably fit in the Medium/ Large Shorts. Id say if youre Small or medium tee shirt go with the Small/Medium and if youre a Large or X Large or XXLarge Tee do the Medium/Large.
