The hood  has multiple contour seams doe a perfect fit and is fully lined so none of the spikes come through to the other side. The back is lace up and super sexy.  Its fully adjustable so one size fits most. Im a big guy, 6 3" 230 and this hood fits me great but because of the fully adjustable lacing it can fit small heads too! I love wearing this hood!
